Global Properties

Global Properties

Global properties hold values you reuse across the whole system. Common examples are your terms and conditions or your contact details. You set them once and reference them with a placeholder, so you maintain them in one place and they stay consistent everywhere.

Create a global property

Open Global Properties from the account area in the menu and click Add Global Property. Give it a name, enter a value, and click Save.

Use a global property

Once a global property exists, you add it anywhere that accepts placeholders. That includes templates and emails. Select the placeholder for the property and Passcreator fills in the value.

Edit or delete a global property

Open Global Properties again to see the full list along with the placeholder for each one. From here you edit or delete any property.
