A process creates or updates many passes from a single CSV file. Every line in the file becomes one pass. You find these jobs under Processes in the left menu, and you start one from a template.
Open the template you want to use and start a new bulk process. You land on a page where you upload your CSV file and set a few options.
Download the example file and use it as your starting point. The first line holds the column headers, so leave those in place. Each line after that holds the data for one pass. Include a unique value such as an email address or a customer number so you can identify each pass later.
Give the job a clear name and choose Create passes as the type. You can also choose to update existing passes. Passcreator then asks you to map each template field to a column from your file. You can map the same column to more than one field, for example when the customer number shows both in the barcode and as text below it.
Save the job and Passcreator starts it. Large jobs take a few minutes, and we email you when the job finishes. The new passes then appear under Passes. Open Processes to download a results file for a finished job. It contains the ID you set, the link to each pass, and the internal Passcreator ID you use to update passes later. Send the links to your customers by newsletter, email or SMS.
